LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Halloween is on Friday, but some families are still searching for last-minute decorations and costumes. And one Owosso mom is making sure everyone can join in on the trick-or-treating fun.
On Halloween, you can be anything you want to be: a princess, a banana, Superman, or a huge hit among the kids is Chase from Paw Patrol. But an average Halloween costume can run between $30 and $40, and costs can add up quickly for families with multiple children.
“Kids can’t carry a parent’s burden for affordability. You know, it’s not their fault if they can’t afford something. And it’s not their parents’ fault if they can’t afford something,” Tiffany Rearick, pop-up store organizer said. “Kids should be able to come in and have fun, dress however they want, and just enjoy the
