PHOENIX — A federal grand jury in Arizona has indicted a Tucson man accused of leading an online network that exploited children and promoted acts of violence and terror.
The superseding indictment charges 21-year-old Baron Cain Martin, who went by the online name “Convict,” with 29 felony counts, including participation in a child exploitation enterprise, conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, conspiracy to kill or maim persons in a foreign country, production and distribution of child pornography, cyberstalking, and animal cruelty.
Martin has been in federal custody since his arrest on Dec. 11, 2024.
