On at least two occasions, the corporate credit card of Craig Myles, the Near North District School Board Director of Education, was used by a family member for personal use, according to the Ministry of Education.

It is one of the many findings in a 33-page report released publicly Thursday by Rachel Osborne. Osborne was appointed to conduct a governance and leadership review of the Near North District School Board. A copy was submitted to the Minister of Education Paul Calandra.
