SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Kids stock up on their candy stack an entire day early at the Siouxland Animal Adoption and Rescue.

This is the first-ever trunk-or-treat event hosted by the rescue.

Not only could kids go around to different trunks and get candy, but they also were able to get some baked goods, cotton candy, a free stuffed animal, and, of course, see animals in the rescue.
