A woman who has shed two stone on Mounjaro has gone all out for Halloween by dressing up as the weight loss jab itself. ‌

Lucy Mackintosh created a hilarious DIY costume in tribute to the injection she says helped transform her life by turning herself into a walking, talking Mounjaro pen. ‌

Her hilarious costume has gone viral, racking up a staggering 4.7m views, 366,000 likes and more than 1,500 comments. Armed with a sewing machine, glue, ribbons and a permanent marker, the 26-year-old spent hours piecing together the look. ‌
