Staff at Reseau Access Network say their frontline work remains unaffected, despite recent leadership changes that have left the agency without an executive director.

The Star learned that Heidi Eisenhauer, the agency’s former executive director, has left the organization.

Kaela Pelland, manager of engagement at Reseau Access Network (RAN), would not share details, but she did confirm Eisenhauer is no longer with the organization.

On her LinkedIn profile, Eisenhauer indicates she left the agency in September, after eight years. When she joined RAN in August 2017, she worked as the volunteer and community resources co-ordinator. She had held the position of executive director for more than three years, since April 2022.
