This included EPD Detective Jonathan Helm, who says he questioned both Derrick Breefill and Ethan Baughn following the incident.
In addition to Clark, Breefill is also charged in the case. Helm says Breefil’s phone was found in Dalton Collin’s car, and was used to call 911 after he was shot.
Helm says Breefill and Baughn gave different stories about what happened back in March.
During yesterday’s testimony, Baughn admitted to lying to Helm during questioning.
