LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Elyria Police Chief James Welsh told 19 News that the 24-year-old man previously charged in connection with the drowning death of 16-year-old Vincent Pabon is now facing new charges.

Jacob Rosado, 24, is now facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

On Oct. 16, at his arraignment, Rosado pleaded not guilty to charges of tampering with evidence and possession of child pornography

Pabon tragically drowned in the Black River in Elyria back in August.

“He was fun. He was loving. He was full of life,” said Cuevas.
