ATLANTA — With one of the most coveted college athletics jobs up for grabs, speculation has run rampant: Who will be the athletic director at LSU next year?
Apparently, it will not be Georgia AD Josh Brooks.
Brooks posted on X on Friday, taking himself out of the picture to replace Scott Woodward, who was fired this week after he fired football coach Brian Kelly.
"Georgia fans — with success often comes speculation, but I want to address it directly," he said on X. "I have not been contacted by anyone at LSU, and more importantly, I have no interest in any other job.
