TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Tuscaloosa tourism leaders are weighing on country music star Morgan Wallen bringing his ‘Still The Problem’ tour to Tuscaloosa next year .
If Wallen sells it out, the economic benefits would be the equivalent of Bama playing a major SEC opponent, according to Visit Tuscaloosa President and CEO Kelsey Rush.
“Obviously economic impact varies on who is the opponent, where are the guests coming from and they range anywhere from an $8 to $10 million dollar economic impact all the way up to a $20 million dollar impact. You know there are other SEC partners of ours who’ve had the opportunity to host some concerts and they have definitely seen the impact of those,” said Rush.
Concert leaders say the tour will feature a slew of different musical artists like
