ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing man with dementia.
73-year-old David Woodruff is missing and believed to be vulnerable due to a diagnosis of dementia.
He was last seen around 6:18 p.m. near Norstar Boulevard wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, blue pants and a leather jacket. He is also known to wear a brown knit cap.
Woodruff is described as a white male with gray hair, hazel eyes and a distinct mole on his forehead.
