ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

New Mexico has long been a hotspot for paranormal activity.

One place people could get a first-hand ghostly experience at is in Albuquerque's Old Town. Vince Montoya has been investigating the paranormal there for decades.

"Were up all night. We don't get any sleep," Montoya said. "We get back home, we go through all this evidence, and it's less than 2% that we're going to catch even a blip of something."

However, he said chances of those encounters are increasing in the area. Montoya said it may be connected to the centuries and centuries of history within New Mexico and its pueblo communities.
