If you have eaten at a Fargo restaurant, there’s a pretty good chance you know restaurant manager Monte Jones. However, there’s a strong chance you don’t know what he did to help brighten the lives of those battling cancer.
Monte grew up in Moorhead and moved to New York City to perform as a professional dancer for 12 years. After suffering permanent aches and pains, he decided to give up dancing and go into the restaurant business. He ran two restaurants in New York for about 12 years, but felt a calling to come back to Fargo-Moorhead.
