GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department is reminding parents to check Halloween candy after receiving a report of candy that appears to contain a needle.
Major Terry Flatt, public information officer for GPD, stated on Sunday that the department “received a report of candy tampering and wanted to make the community aware.”
Flatt stated the photograph above is from within the Glasgow community. The photo appears to depict a piece of candy that has been tampered with, containing a needle.
