The Illinois Schools Report Card indicates that 83.1% of teachers remain in schools through Marshall County year to year, based on the 2024 three-year average, according to the Illinois State Board of Education .

The Illinois State Board of Education records data concerning faculty salary, retention, and attendance because maintaining a stable faculty makes for a better environment for teachers and students, furthering student success, according to the report.

There were 61 full-time faculty members in Marshall County, with a student-to-teacher ratio of 20-to-1. Data shows that 1,210 students were enrolled at the eight schools in the county.
