PHOENIX — A man has died after being hit by a vehicle in Phoenix, according to authorities.

The Phoenix Police Department said the incident happened near 7th Avenue and Baseline Road.

Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Alfredo Enrique Denogean.

Police said the driver showed no signs of impairment upon evaluation at the scene.
