Two areas within the Dundas Valley Conservation Area will be closed for one month as the Haudenosaunee deer harvest begins, the Hamilton Conservation Authority (HCA) says.
Up to 60 deer can be harvested between Nov. 3 and Dec. 4.
Part of the Headwaters Trail between Paddy Greene Road and Martin Road will be closed for the harvest. The other area, located between Governors Road, Weirs Lane and Binkley Road , does not have trail access.
