MESA, Ariz. — A Turquoise Alert has been issued for a missing Mesa teen.

Yolyn Hermios, 16, was last seen on Nov. 1 at around 6:50 p.m. near Dobson and Broadway roads.

Family is concerned for her welfare since it is out of character for her to be gone for an extended period of time," Mesa police said.

Sex: Female

Race: Pacific Islander

Height: 4'2"

Weight: 110 lbs

Hair: Brown with green faded highlights

Eyes: Brown

The teen was last seen wearing a black shirt, red shorts and black tennis shoes. She has brown hair with green faded highlights.
