BATAVIA - About 60 protesters holding signs gathered along Oak Orchard Road at Federal Drive - which leads into the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility - for a Disappeared in America protest. The protest took place Sunday afternoon as part of a national effort to support those detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) without due process.

Disappeared In America is a project hosted by Public Citizen, National Day Laborers Organizing Network (NDLON), The Workers Circle and Detention Watch Network.
