TONTITOWN, Ark. — A Tontitown man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of sexual assault involving a juvenile victim, according to the Washington County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
On Oct. 31, 2025, 33-year-old Andrew Jack Bright was convicted of three counts of second degree sexual assault after he pleaded guilty to each count.
The circuit judge accepted the plea and the state’s recommended sentence of 20 years for each count, for a total of 60 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
According to court and investigative documents, the Tontitown Police Department received a report in November 2022 that Bright had engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with a child.
