A Soddy Daisy man is facing charges after deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office say he rammed into $100,000 worth of property with his car and carelessly fired his gun, "putting victims in fear for their lives."
Deputies responded late Saturday night to the 9000 block of Dallas Hollow Road after receiving reports of shots being fired during a domestic incident, according to an affidavit obtained by Local 3 News.
The suspect, 41-year-old John Hawkins, had already left the home in a white Jeep before authorities got on scene.
Multiple people on scene appeared frantic and shaken up, according to the deputy's narrative.
