Dickie Arbiter, who served as Queen Elizabeth II's trusted press spokesman for over a decade, has given a damning assessment of the disgraced royal, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. Having met with the late monarch's "favourite" son on more than one occasion, Dickie described the former prince as a "bully."

He revealed that his role didn't involve much interaction with Andrew, but when it did, he found him to be "On the odd occasion that I did have dealings with him. He was arrogant, he was rude, and he was bumptious."
