The Shelby restaurant may close early, a worker said. • IHOP will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 504 Cox Road in Gastonia and from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 700 E. Dixon Blvd., Shelby. • Ruby Tuesday will be open at 2003 E Dixon Blvd. in Shelby. A restaurant worker said she did not know the hours yet. • Webb Custom Kitchen will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 182 S. South St. in Gastonia. • Constantine's Restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 1825 S.
