PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After a mostly dry and mild Sunday, we are moving back under rain showers and soaking rain at times to start off the new week.
With rain returning to the forecast this week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday look to be the wettest days around the Portland metro area.
Monday's total rain amounts could be anywhere from a half-inch in Portland to closer to three-quarters of an inch. And, the evening commute on Monday looks to be a difficult one with heavy rain expected.
Those windshield wipers will most likely be working overtime this week.
