A wedding in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor recently descended into chaos when a dispute over ‘fried chicken’ turned into a violent clash. According to reports, the groom’s family complained of being served an inadequate portion of the dish.

To appease them, the bride’s family offered them more pieces of fried chicken. However, the guests complained that they were not being served politely, which later resulted in clashes and injuries. The nikah ceremony was halted not only once, but thrice. Following this, police intervened and conducted the nikah rituals in the chaotic marriage hall under watch.
