IRMO, S.C. — The Town of Irmo is launching a brand-new holiday tradition this year — its first Annual Irmo Christmas Parade — scheduled for Saturday, December 6 at 9:00 a.m.
Organized by the Town of Irmo Events Committee, the inaugural parade will feature festive floats, marching bands, local businesses and community groups — and a special appearance from Santa Claus.
The parade route will begin at Crossroads Intermediate School and will travel through town, ending near the McDonald’s on St. Andrews Road. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early and find a spot along the route to enjoy the show.
Town officials say they hope this will become a beloved annual tradition for families across the Irmo community. Residents are invited to bundle up, bring their holiday spirit, and enjoy a morn
