Wind advisory for Klamath Basin for Tuesday and Wednesday

At 12:38 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from Tuesday 10 p.m. until Wednesday 10 a.m. for Klamath Basin.

The weather service comments, “South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.”

“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result,” adds the weather service. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
