MINNEAPOLIS — Enrollment has begun for MNsure , which helps individuals and families shop, compare and choose health insurance coverage that meets their needs.

According to MNsure, it is the only place people can apply for financial help to lower the cost of monthly insurance premiums and out-of-pocket costs. Minnesotans can also get application and enrollment help from health insurance experts at no cost.
