Police say the suspect involved in a shooting outside McDonald's in Hendersonville , North Carolina, has been arrested following another shooting in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Just after 8:40 a.m., officers with the Hendersonville Police Department responded to a call about shots being fired outside the McDonald's on Four Seasons Boulevard. Police said no injuries were reported.

According to police, 34-year-old Julian Reshawn Suber of Asheville was arrested shortly after another reported shooting at a home in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Hendersonville police charged Suber with the following:

Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill

Possession of a firearm by felon

Firing into an occupied vehicle

Suber is in the Spartanburg County Detention Center awaiting extradition.
