Portland Trail Blazers guard Jrue Holiday and forward Deni Avdija have both been nominated for Western Conference Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 27 to Nov. 2, the league announced today.

The Blazers went 3-0 during that span, with wins over the Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz and Denver Nuggets, bringing their record on the season to 4-2 as they head into another matchup with the Lakers tonight. Avdija led the Blazers in scoring during the three wins, averaging 22.3 points per game while shooting 50% from the field and 41.2% on 3s. That production went along with 5.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.3 blocks per game.

Holiday was a close second in points per game during the streak with 20.7 on 54.5% shooting from the field and 40.9% shooting from deep. The veteran guard also averaged 9
