Alabama State football entered halftime deadlocked 21-21 against Prairie View A&M. But even more troubling, Alabama State was entering halftime without its starting quarterback in Andrew Body.

Body left with 5:50 left in the second quarter after scoring his second rushing touchdown of the game to even the score up.

Te'Sean Smoot entered the game for the Hornets in the last two drives for Alabama State and will remain in for Alabama State for rest of the game.
