LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Kentucky Humane Society is offering help to those needing money to buy food for their pets.

The Humane Society is helping by reopening their pet food bank.

If you need help, you can submit a request for assistance at the Kentucky Humane Society website . You will then get more information on how to pick up the food.

Right now, KHS is able to provide one free bag of cat or dog food per household per month. That’s thanks to donations from the Humane World for Animals and Chewy.
