LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Louisville basketball opens up the 2025-26 season Monday night against South Carolina State at 9 p.m.

Year two for head coach Pat Kelsey comes with a new set of expectations, after leading the Cards to an ACC Championship runner-up finish and the NCAA Tournament last year.

Kelsey sat down with WLKY Sports Director Kent Taylor to discuss how he can top last season's results.

One of the biggest differences for Kelsey this season is he feels settled into his new role.
