Valley drivers are seeing their gas dollars stretch a bit further as the price of a gallon of gas has dropped to $3.32 a gallon, a 4 cent drop from the previous week.
Heading into November, drivers may see gas prices continue to fall and perhaps stay low over the busy Thanksgiving holiday travel period, according to Julian Paredes of AAA Arizona.
“Fewer people drive during the fall, so demand for gas drops and gas prices follow,” Paredes said. “There is no way to exactly predict where gas prices will go, but gas prices historically peak during summer, slowly drop during fall, bottom out during winter before rising again in spring.”
