RUSTON, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- On November 3, 2025, the Green Bay Packers announced that Tramon Williams, a former Louisiana Tech football standout, was inducted into the franchise's hall of fame. Williams was inducted alongside former Packer offensive tackle Earl Dotson. An Assumption Parish native, Williams was reportedly overlooked by college football recruiters; however, he went on to join the Louisiana Tech University football team as a walk-on during his freshman year.
During his time with the team from 2003 to 2005, Williams appeared in 33 games and collected 91 tackles, 7 interceptions, 32 pass deflections, and one forced fumble as a cornerback.
