CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Most Americans look forward to gaining the extra hour of sleep that comes with the end of Daylight Saving Time.
When Daylight Saving Time ends, standard time resumes. That means the sun will set earlier and it gets darker earlier.
But many scientists believe the change can disrupt our body’s internal clock, which can have a negative effect on our health.
That change can leave you feeling sluggish throughout your day.
