A former University of North Dakota medical student who was not admitted for second-year medical training in 1968 has threatened federal court action unless he is readmitted in September, 1976.

Dale J. Waldorf, Bloomington, Minn., said in a letter to the medical school, “If I am not accepted for continued studies toward my M.D. degree, I assure you I shall make a federal case out of the issue.”

The letter also said, “My self-professed homosexuality I wish to make known at this time as a viable and enjoyable life style for myself.”
