LOGAN, Utah – Year two of the Jerrod Calhoun era began with a 110-54 blowout win over Westminster as the Utah State men’s basketball team bested their SLC-based foe.
The Aggies opened their much-anticipated 2025-26 campaign against the in-state Westminster Griffins on Monday, November 3.
The 64-point win is the ninth-largest margin of victory in program history, and USU’s 32 assists were the seventh-most for a single game.
After struggling in the paint a year ago, Utah State controlled the interior action by outscoring Westminster 44-20 around the basket.
Fifth-year senior Garry Clark came off the bench to tally his 19th career double-double, finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Clark made six of the eight shots he took.
