Keith Johnston has been following his passion for cooking since he was a boy in Jamaica. That's where he learned to cook his beloved island favorites.

He came to the United States 15 years ago with help from a relative who was in the U.S. Army, and moved to Augusta about five years ago. His wife, Ronkicia, came later.
