President Trump's administration announced it will partially fund the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program after two judges ruled that the program must continue, as Congressman Randy Feenstra visited the Food Bank of Iowa in Des Moines to discuss the challenges faced by food banks across the state. SNAP provides $45 million annually to 270,000 Iowans, and the absence of these funds is a significant loss.

"It's shameful for government shutdown. It really puts people in a pinch," said Rep. Randy Feenstra, R-Iowa.
