FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Bishop Luers High School is doubling down on a request to unseal the identities of nine young women suing the school.

The lawsuit centers around claims that male students distributed pornographic videos featuring the girls’ names.

New court filings obtained by 21Investigates push back on claims that the nine young women should be allowed to proceed anonymously because of possible reputational and emotional harm.

The Catholic school also says the young women violated state trial rules 10(G) and 17(A), which require names on court filings.
