OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A 20-year-old man has been arrested after a robbery at a QuikTrip in Omaha on Monday evening.

Police officers got to the gas station near Leavenworth Street and Saddle Creek Road shortly after 7 p.m. Monday to investigate the robbery, a release states.

When officers spoke with employees, they were told a white man came into the station, demanded money, and left with the cash.

The suspect, identified as Lane Harris, was found and taken into custody. He was booked into Douglas County Corrections on a charge of robbery, as well as a warrant out of Sarpy County, according to the release.

OPD says the investigation is ongoing.
