Americans set their clocks back one hour on Sunday, November 2. This has once again started the debate about if we should continue changing our clocks twice per year, and Missouri lawmakers have yet again introduced a bill to stay on Daylight Saving Time or stay on Standard Time.
What would it look like if we did choose to stay on one or the other? Well, the fact is that we don't have as much daylight during the winter as we do during the summer. On average, we receive around 10 hours of daylight in the winter compared to 14 hours of daylight in the summer. It's up to us to work around that 4-hour daylight loss!
