SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man has been identified and faces multiple charges for his involvement in a fight outside of Springfield's Hotel of Terror.

According to online court documents, Malaki Lonnell Fain-Shaw, 18, faces charges of first-degree trespassing, third and fourth-degree assault, and first-degree terrorist threat.

According to the probable cause statement, on Oct. 29, around 6:40 p.m., a Greene County Sheriff's deputy observed several juveniles instigating an assault on two employees of the Hotel of Terror. Fain-Shaw was seen allegedly punching two victims and then encouraged the juveniles he was with to join in on the fight. He then allegedly threatened one of the employees that he was going to go home and get his gun, come back and shoot the place up.
