Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles and his wife, Katie, have placed their five-bedroom, 5,200-square-foot house in Lincolnshire for sale for $2.95 million.
Poles, 40, became the Bears’ general manager in January 2022 after a lengthy career as an executive for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Through an opaque land trust that masks their identities, Poles and his wife paid $2.077 million in late 2022 for the house, which at that time was newly built by Arthur J. Greene Custom Builders.
