HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Police Department has promoted Kerry Yoshida to deputy communications director, effective Nov. 3.

Yoshida joined HPD’s Public Affairs Office earlier this year and will now oversee daily communications operations, content approvals, and branding initiatives.

He will also help to lead strategic messaging, multimedia content development, and coordination across the department’s communications platforms.
