DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Jo Nicholson with the Humane Society of Scott County introduces the audience to Yappy.

Nicholson said Yappy is currently a foster but is longing for her forever home in her golden years.

Yappy is about 10-years-old and she is shy but very sweet and housebroken Nicholson said.

Great River Brewery in Davenport is having a promotion from 5 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 11 where 10% of all sales will be donated to the humane society.

This includes carry out orders as well.

The humane society said foster homes are utilized for a variety of reasons.
