HOMEWOOD, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Homewood Police have officially arrested and charged a man in connection to shots fired on Vulcan Road Saturday night, Nov. 1 .

Homewood Police took several people into custody after a call of shots fired in the 100 block of Vulcan Road. The call came in around 5 p.m.

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Homewood Police shared that, following an investigation, they had arrested a 23-year-old man from Ensley in connection with the shooting.

According to police, Emmanuel Dewayne Furlow has been charged with four counts of attempted murder and two counts of shooting into an occupied building.

Police say Furlow is in the Jefferson County Jail on a total bond of $300,000 for all charges.
