BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Birmingham Police have made an arrest in a shooting that occurred on Saturday, Oct. 11.
According to police, 41-year-old Kevin Morris has been arrested for attempted murder and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
Police say the shooting injured one man and occurred on Graymont Avenue West.
According to police, Morris was taken into custody on Monday, Nov 3. at 24th Street North and 32nd Avenue North.
Morris is in custody at the Jefferson County Jail.
