NEW YORK (PIX11) – A state recall is in effect for tuna salad and macaroni salad made on Long Island, according to the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.

Made Fresh Salads Inc. is recalling its 5-pound and 30-pound containers of macaroni salad and tuna deluxe salad because the items may contain Listeria monocytogenes, officials said.

This recall also affects the company's LoBoy brand Macaroni Salad and LoBoy brand Tuna Deluxe Salad.
